SIU Asthma ECHO for Healthcare Providers' overarching goal is to provide education and information on asthma-related strategies to improve asthma management. Reduce hospital admissions and re-admissions associated with Asthma and reduce healthcare costs. To better build professional healthcare teams that implement asthma strategies to reduce morbidity and mortality, address social determinants of health, and improve linkage and coordination of care and environmental policies. Create a network of providers in the region working together to improve care for patients with Asthma.
